Hi there if you have both your mouse and keyboard + your controller we are noticing that it sometimes does not read the input correctly. Have you tried unplugging your controller for that quick time event and using just your keyboard?

Hello, when you go to your Codex does it still allow you to 'start' the quest by entering the confirmation word? If that happens then entering the word should complete the quest for you. If that does not work then can you please provide a screenshot of your current display in your ship?

Which items exactly are you missing? From your Arsenal you should find the Nataruk as a Primary Weapon, the Rumblejack as a Melee, and the Sirocco is an Amp for your Operator/Drifter. When you check those places are the items still missing?

Hi there, so when the boarding party arrives are you unable to exit from piloting the ship and fighting the enemies that spawn onboard? You should not need to do anything using your Tactical Intrinsics to progress.

Hi @BonkPolice so we took a look at your account and you have indeed completed the quest. There is a small glitch that makes it look like you still have it as an option. Can you do two things for me?

1. Can you try to start the quest again from your Codex? Typing in NEWWAR and confirming.
2. When you looked at the Narmer bounties were you heading to Cetus at night or Fortuna during the day? The bounties occur only on Cetus or Fortuna depending on Cetus' day cycle. So you cannot find them in both places at once.

@BonkPolice that does not sound right. Are you sure that you have completed the quest? It does not appear so from my end.

Hi there do you happen to have the setting "Melee with Fire Weapon Input" toggled on? You should be able to complete the quick time event with the same key you have had to use up until this point.

Can you confirm what platform you are playing on and whether you are using a keyboard and mouse set up or a controller? We are aware that there have been some issues with button mappings and prompts so I am hoping to narrow down the specific issue you are experiencing.

Ok and to confirm are you playing on PC with a controller?

Hi there when you attempt to pull the mask from Konzu what exactly happens? Is it the quick time event that is not working?

Can you send me your EE log file if you are able to? You can access it by going to your launcher and selecting Settings (gear wheel) then "Get Logs"

You should be able to attach it to your post if you drag it onto the editor. Try that maybe?
